If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our site. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.
WHO WE ARE
This website is owned and operated in the United Kingdom by Nu Skin Laser (‘we’/’us’/’our’), whose business address is 14 Redgates Place, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 6BG.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this website is available to view and use twenty four hours a day throughout the year; however, this is not guaranteed and the site may be temporarily unavailable at any time due to
server or systems failure or technical issues, required updating, maintenance or repair or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change the domain address of this website and any goods, products, prices, specification, availability and services at any time. We process information about you and your visits to our website in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another organisation. We may notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS
‘Website’ or ‘site’ means the Nu Skin Laser website. The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to the user or visitor to our website. ‘Writing’ or ‘Written’ means emails are included unless we state otherwise.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointment enquiries can be made via our website, email enquiries and phoning the clinic. All appointments will be confirmed by Nu Skin Laser within 24 hours of enquiry. If your chosen appointment date/time is unavailable, a new appointment date/time will be offered to you. Please do not take your appointment enquiry as an agreed appointment slot until you receive confirmation.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We would ask clients to provide, where possible, at least 48 hours notice if they need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations can be made by telephoning the clinic during opening hours on 01245 526214. If you are cancelling out of clinic hours you may cancel by email at admin@nuskinlaser.co.uk.
If a booked treatment is cancelled after our cancellation period or clients do not turn up to their appointment, the full cost of the booked treatment must be paid within 14 days of appointment date. Clients will be charged for the time reserved regardless for the reasons of cancelling. If we have sufficient notice of cancellation we can open up the appointment to awaiting clients. In the unusual instance where we may need to cancel your booking, through circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to contact you by telephone and/or email, to arrange an alternative appointment.
For cancellation of Party Packages, we would ask clients to provide the clinic with at least 7 days notice of cancellation. Where a client requires extensive and lengthy technical services an estimated 50% non-refundable deposit will be
required at the time of reserving the appointment.
YOUR HEALTH
Clients that may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, skin problems, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant, had a cancer or have any other health worries, are advised to check with their GP before booking a treatment. When you arrive for your first treatment you will be asked to complete a registration document to highlight any health issues you may have. For clients with serious illnesses, before we can proceed with any treatment, we ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you want to have with Nu Skin Laser.
PRODUCTS
The products we use are highly concentrated, so very little is needed to obtain maximum results. If you wish to purchase any of the products please discuss this with, and direct your queries to Fiona. She will also provide information on how to use the product(s). We recommend that if you have any queries please call us and we will be happy to discuss them or go over the procedure again.
ALLERGY TESTING
If you have any allergies prior to your appointment please inform us at the time of booking. Please note that clients booking their first appointment with us will need to have a patch test before their first treatment.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers can only be used against treatment costs and cannot be used to purchase any products we sell. Vouchers are non refundable due to time and cost of processing them. Please inform us at the time of booking. Nu Skin Laser gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months form the date of purchase. From time to time we also promote on Groupon/Wowcher, these type of vouchers also adhere to a 12 month validation period.
OFFERS
Offers on the website and our social media pages are for a definitive period ONLY. Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to its normal price.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Nu Skin Laser endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately and fairly. If however you are unhappy with a treatment or service you are entitled to lodge a complaint. In the first instance if you have a grievance you must let Fiona Henderson be aware of your complaint so that we can deal with it appropriately on the day. If you do not make us aware on the day of the complaint you may be required to attend additional appointment to resolve the issue up to 10 days or provide evidence. We will not refund payments for treatments without following our complaints procedure. We require notice of a compliant with pictures via email within 24 hours of your visit/treatment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This website and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website and services) are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights and laws.
In accessing this website you agree that none of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the written prior consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading,
copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal, non-commercial home use. You must not use any part of the content of this website for commercial purposes without first obtaining our expressed permission in writing.
SEVERANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If any term, clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall
continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Nu Skin Laser retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of our terms and conditions either in your country of residence or any relevant country.
